How it works
Information about land plots is stored in two main registries: the State Land Cadastre and the State Register of Property Rights.
The State Land Cadastre contains information about all land plots in Ukraine, including their owners, areas, and intended use.
The State Register of Property Rights stores — stores data on ownership rights, leases, and other encumbrances on land and other real estate.
Previously, you had to order extracts from the registries — now the app does it for you!

Is your plot located in a de-occupied territory? Then this service is for you. Check whether your plots are located in a confirmed mine hazard zone and receive recommendations on next steps. Data comes from official sources. If your plot is in a risk zone — you'll be the first to know!
